Jenny Sleath's Simple Cup o’ Broth


Pimp your broth with some extra iodine and iron goodness!



Ingredients

  • 1 x pouch of Borough Broth Co Chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

  • Handful of Dulse seaweed (we love Atlantic Kitchen)

  • 2 drops of Sriracha hot sauce (optional)

  • 1 tsp Coconut Aminos

  • 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce

  • Handful of spinach or kale

Optional: add some shredded cooked chicken


Method

  1. In a pan gently heat all the ingredients until piping hot. Serve in a mug and get your cosy on!
