Made using free-range, 100% organic British Chicken bones and British spring water, this two-star Great Taste Award-winning broth is a celebrated customer favourite. Lovingly created in small batches in our London kitchen, our recipe features at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs and a touch of carefully selected seasonings. Slowly simmered for 24-hours to gently extract all the flavour and nutrients, our chicken broth guarantees a deeply rich, comforting umami hit in every single batch.

The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Chicken Bones
We work with Soil Association organic suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. They are fed organic feed and are not given any unnecessary medicines or antibiotics.
We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.

We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
Organic Whole Thyme
We use whole, organic thyme leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).
Organic Bay Leaves
We use whole, organic bay leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).
