Made using whole organic retired laying hens – a by-product of the British organic egg industry – this organic broth is densely packed with 40% bones, guaranteeing an aromatic and deep flavour in every single batch.
Pho is most commonly served as a soup. Simply add rice noodles, meat, vegetables, some fresh herbs, a splash of fish sauce and a dash of hot sriracha chilli sauce.
This versatile broth can also be used with an endless array of delicious ingredients, whether it’s homemade dumplings, pasta, thick ramen noodles, any choice of protein and vegetables. We love it paired with everything from meaty beef, chicken and pork to egg, tofu and even prawns. And if you’re looking for something simple and comforting, it sings on its own as an aromatic broth.

The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Whole Chicken
We use ex-laying hens from the Organic Egg industry in the UK. These are ethically reared chickens that eat only organic feed, are free-range and raised without unnecessary medication.
We always use whole organic onions, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that we source onions locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
We always use whole organic apples, no extracts or powders. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we source as locally as possible bearing in mind seasonality.
We use whole organic ginger, never powders, extracts or essences.
Fish Sauce Did you know there's no such thing as Organic Fish Sauce? It's because the fish are wild so can't be monitored. We only ever use the highest quality fish sauce made with just fish and salt, no added sugars or preservatives. Traditionally sourced from Asia, we instead discovered a Nordic, family-owned fishing company that supplies delicious fish sauce. We’re still on the lookout for a British supplier but until then, we’re sticking with these guys who believe in keeping things small and sustainable - just like us.
We use whole, organic cinnamon sticks. We never use powders or extracts or essences.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
Organic Coriander Seeds
We use whole, organic coriander seeds never powders, extracts or essences.
Organic Coriander Leaves
We use whole, organic coriander leaves to ensure the authenticity of flavour in our broths.
Organic Star Anise
We use beautiful, whole organic star anise to add the perfect aniseed aroma to our broth.
