Organic Low FODMAP Beef Bone Broth

This onion free, low FODMAP broth is ideal for those on the AIP, SCD and low FODMAP protocols.

Our beef broth is made using grass-fed organic British beef bones and slow-cooked for 24-hours. Densely packed with 40% bones, this is a deep and rich broth with an umami hit.  Sip from a mug, slurp from a bowl of noodles or splash into your favourite recipes as a stock.

The bones in our broths are collagen-rich so may not be suitable for those avoiding gelatine.

This broth comes in 324g pouches – perfect for a hearty mug of broth or to use in your home cooking.

Your broth will be delivered frozen. Once received, please store in the freezer.

Spring Water

The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.

Organic Beef Bones

Sourced from organic farm in Somerset. The animals are not given any unnecessary medicines and are raised on grass and fauna.

Organic Carrots

We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.

Organic Black Peppercorns

We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.

Pink Himalayan Salt

High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.

Organic Whole Thyme

We use whole, organic thyme leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).

Organic Bay Leaves

We use whole, organic bay leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).
