Founder & Managing Director
Ros started the company back in May 2015 after a chance meeting up until that point Ros had spent a decade working as a Business Consultant and Data Analyst for a number of global corporations.
Ros' passion for food ran deep. With a background stretching 15 years in catering and hospitality, her dream of returning to the food industry laid dormant as she flew around the world in a suit (she never really wore a suit).
In Ros' words the conception and development of The Borough Broth company has enabled her to follow her passion for cooking and design, whilst leveraging her background in analytics and project management to build a business she is proud to run and represent.
Random Fact: With early dreams to become a Music Producer Ros completed her BA at Leeds College of Music.
Head of Innovation
Bea, or BeaBea gun as she's fondly become known has been working with us from early on and quickly became an indispensable part of the fam.
Bea now leads innovation and product development.
Interesting facts: Bea went to Oxford University and graduated with a degree in Spanish and Portugese! She also mills her own grains and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to live cultures, baking, fermenting and the Weston A Price way of living.
Rose is the newest member of the team and has provided the team with much laughter and positivity. Rose has a wealth of knowledge in marketing, with a background in advertising and marketing, working with clients ranging from small start-ups (like us) to larger FMCG brands.
Nothing makes Rose happier than good, home cooked food and delicious wine!
Interesting Fact: Rose has just returned from three years in sunny Sydney and despite missing the sunshine is pleased to be back on home turf.
