This onion free, low FODMAP chicken broth is ideal for those on the AIP, SCD and low FODMAP protocols.

We've used a recipe based on the principles of Monash university research regarding low FODMAPs and we hope it will be easily digestible to those who struggle with ingredients such as onion.
​
We do however use collagen rich bones, so the gelatine and collagen content is still reasonably high so may not be suitable for those avoiding gelatine.
